In addition to our standard range of fi ltration products, our Engineering Division provides complete fi ltration packages to Engineering companies and end users alike, designed and manufactured according to all the main construction codes and standards (ASME VIII Div 1&2, PED etc..) building on the combined resources of an Engineering team with more than 40 years experience in the fi eld. To satisfy the requirements of the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors, ASCO Filtri can also provide pressure vessels and systems with U-Stamp 1&2 and/or CE Stamp.

| All ASCO Filtri pleated candles are designed for “reclothing”, a process that allows the element core & adapter assembly to be reused after the media can no longer perform. After an adequate QC check on the reusable parts, the new media pack is welded in place and the fi lter element is guaranteed as new, at reduced price proving signifi cant cost saving to the end user. |

| ASCO Filtri personnel have been in the business of metallic fi lter manufacture for almost 30 years and during this time have become extensively involved in fi lter cleaning and testing. Although as a company we do not carry out physical cleaning of fi lters, we can assist our customers with their cleaning problems thanks to our very good links with qualifi ed clea-ning houses, strategically located across the globe. |

The new Asco Filtri product range of microfiltration filter elements incorporates filter media specially selected to guarantee the best performance for every application:
• Prefi lters (for liquid or gas), manufactured from high flow polypropylene microfiber media (either pleated or with a “depth” structure) or Glass Fibre media, with high clarifying capacity and superior dirt holding capacity.
• Final Filters (for liquid sterilisation) incorporate hydrophylic membranes in asymmetric Polyether- sulfone, Nylon 66 and positively charged Nylon 66 as single or double layer membranes.
• Solvent fi ltration and air or technical gases sterili- sation is using membranes constructed from 100%pure hydrophobic PTFE (Tefl on®)
